What can I get out of participating in the training?

You will develop the skills needed for your team to become more independent. You’ll notice the team becoming more dynamic, initiatives and suggestions will spring up and drive the team forward. Participation and commitment will come from the team without you having to do anything, giving you more time for the work that matters most to you.

Content overview

The course consists of four days of intensive training, led by one of our certified leadership coaches. It begins with two consecutive days where you continue to explore a coaching leadership and mindset, but now in relation to a group. After about a month, when you have practiced your new abilities at home, you build on these two days with more advanced techniques and in-depth training. Included in the price is a 30-minute coaching conversation with a Tuff coach one month after the course is completed.

The training is designed to develop the mindset and abilities needed for your team to become more self-managed. You’ll explore how to relate to teams in a coaching way, how to shift the working climate, how to facilitate the team to take responsibility, and how to lead effective and involving meetings. Key to this is training in various challenging group situations to get a sense of your default reactions and how your way of being profoundly influences the group’s effectiveness. You’ll get a wealth of new tools and practices that you can apply directly. The training is based on a methodology developed by Tuff Leadership Training over more than twenty years and promises to deliver lasting results.

When and where?

Tuff Leadership Training Step 2 is four days (two + two) of training from 9.00 – 17.00. Courses are available in English in Amsterdam.

What does it cost?

The cost of the training is €2,400 excl. VAT for all four days plus a 30-minute coaching conversation with a Tuff coach after the course is completed. The price includes lunch, tea and coffee with snacks, and all materials.
