A support structure for change and development
This service is for managers and leaders wanting to move onwards in their private or professional lives and achieve genuine, lasting change. Does it feel like you’re stuck in a rut or have lost your motivation or drive? Or perhaps you want to develop, improve your quality of life, bring yourself back into balance, change your behaviour or simply feel more at ease with yourself.
How does it work?
You will have a series of conversations with your coach either face-to-face or on the phone. At the first start-up meeting, we’ll establish your current situation, your needs and your expectations. You’ll set out your goals, and during the process will find the strategies and sub-goals that will bring you closer to achieving them. It will be up to you to put what you and your coach agree upon into practice between our sessions. You’ll have access to as many meetings as you like for three to six months, but can expect them to be more frequent in the beginning.
What’s unique about Tuff Coaching?
Our coaches are very adept at “listening between the lines” and focusing on attitude rather than issue. This makes for a very effective form of coaching that will help you discover and change any unproductive attitudes you might have – i.e. attitudes that stand in the way of what you want to achieve. Our coaches are quite prepared to give frank and honest feedback (with empathy, naturally) when needed.
The coaching fee is € 700 per month, excluding VAT. Contracts are signed for 3 to 6 months.
