With Tuff Coaching Online, you can book one of our coaches for video calls. Maybe you want advice, to rehearse something from the course or to have extra training before a difficult or important conversation.

You can book a Tuff trainer you already know, or find a time that suits you at short notice. Our coaching method makes it possible to get to the heart of your issue very quickly, and our Tuff coaches are masters at powerful coaching that creates real results.

Perfect for when you have an urgent dilemma or a challenging situation in front of you like a difficult conversation or meeting.

After a Tuff course, we find participants are usually extremely motivated and inspired. But once you return to everyday life, it can be challenging to put everything into practice.
A Tuff coach becomes a kind of superpower you can use to remind you how to do things you learned in the course and get training, coaching and feedback on areas that are relevant to what you are trying to achieve in your workplace.

Once you have booked a session, you will receive a calendar invite with the information you need to join the session.

The main app we use is Zoom. You can download the app and test it in advance via www.zoom.us. If you prefer to use another tool (like Microsoft Teams), you can request this in the booking.

Technical preparation: To make the most of your session, please make sure you have tested your audio and video beforehand so we don’t waste time on technical support.
Coaching preparation: You only need to come prepared with what you want coaching in.

No, you can use any coach. Sometimes your coach may not be available the time you would need training and then it is of course possible to book someone else.

All online coaching is currently paid by invoice. If you have pre-purchased time as part of another agreement, we will deduct the coaching at the end of the month instead of invoicing per session.
